Returns and Refund Policy
At SOLAR BIO LUX, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case, you have several options to return your products.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original signed delivery note.
Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Extended Return Policy (30 days)
To offer you more flexibility, we extend our return policy to 30 days after purchase.
After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
3. Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- We will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few days
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider (processing delays may apply)
- Then contact your bank

4. Sale or Promotional Items
All sale or promotional items are eligible for a refund under the same conditions, provided the return is made within the 14-day legal withdrawal period.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
For a replacement with the same item, please complete the return form available on our website.
